Advance.cm: From Idea to Live SaaS Website

Project Overview

CompanyTokeet, a property management software company.
ProjectCreate and launch a website for Advance.cm, a new product Tokeet was going to launch.
TimeframeNovember 2024 to January 2025.
My rolePlan site structure and strategy → create wireframes for all key pages → work with the product team to understand the tool and features → write all website copy → work with the designer on layout and visuals → add basic on-page SEO → support the developer to make the site live.

Challenges

Tokeet had been in the market for a long time. New competitors were now entering with fresh brands and modern websites. A basic site with generic copy was no longer enough.

We needed a clear and strong website for Advance.cm that helped it stand out in a crowded market. Our audience is experienced and very focused on features. If they cannot see a feature, they often think it does not exist. The site had to show key features clearly and quickly, look modern, and still fit a limited budget and timeline.

We also needed to build trust by using the right reviews, case studies and proof from Tokeet.

My approach

We broke the project into simple steps:

Research → We had a small design budget, so my manager asked me to study modern SaaS sites like Front, Close and Atlassian. I looked at how they use layout and navigation to show features quickly.

Structure → Using that research, I created wireframes in Canva for the homepage and key pages. I planned a clear navigation bar that groups features like Channel manager, Unified inbox, Autopilot and Invoicing and payments, so experienced users can jump straight to what they need.

Feature pages For each page I planned sections using real Advance.cm screenshots with short, simple lines of copy. The goal was that visitors could scan the page and immediately see what each feature does.

Pricing page Because pricing changes with the number of rentals, I planned an interactive pricing block with a small calculator and a clear list of what is included in each package.

Customers page To build trust, I designed a customers page that brings together Trustpilot reviews and short case studies, so users can see real results and feedback.

Copy, SEO and launch → Once the structure was agreed, I did keyword research and wrote all website copy with input from the product team. I then worked with the designer who built the pages in Webflow, supported the developer to take the site live, and added basic on page SEO such as titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, clean URLs and image alt text.

Outcome

The Advance.cm website launched on time, alongside the new product, within the planned three-month window.

The site now explains in clear language what Advance.cm is, who it is for, and the main jobs it helps with.

Feature pages use real screenshots and short copy, so visitors can quickly see key tools like the channel manager and unified inbox instead of guessing.

The pricing page lets people adjust the number of rentals and see an estimated price, and the customers page shows Trustpilot reviews and case studies, which helps build trust.

Overall, the site gives Tokeet a modern home for Advance.cm and a solid base they can grow later with more content, SEO work and product updates.
